Payment Terms:
As part of your package registration with Cafe Be'Ivrit, please note that full payment for lessons is required at the time of registration. We offer the following payment options: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit card. If you agree to these terms, please confirm your acceptance below.

Cafe Be'Ivrit Payment Policy – Credit Card Transactions
At Cafe Be'Ivrit, we aim to make your payment experience simple and transparent. Please note the following regarding credit card payments:
Processing Fee: All credit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.9%–3.5%, charged by our payment provider. This fee will be added to the total amount at checkout.
Alternative Payment Options: To avoid this fee, you are welcome to use alternative payment methods such as bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved methods. Details will be provided upon request.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or credit card company may apply additional conversion fees for transactions in other currencies.
We appreciate your understanding and support as these fees are charged by third-party processors and not retained by Cafe Be'Ivrit. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment options, please contact us at info@cafebeivrit.com.
Package Validity:
The 10-lesson package is valid for three months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the three-month period and cannot be refunded or carried over.
​Recording Consent:
By joining a Cafe Be'Ivrit class, you consent to the recording of the session for educational purposes. Recordings may include other participants in the class and will be used solely to enhance the learning experience.
Cancellation Policy:
Cafe Be'Ivrit has a 24-hour cancellation policy to help ensure an effective learning experience for all students. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson.
